USA Baseball 15U National Team Championships

Palm Beach County will be home to the most admired amateur baseball event in the United States. In partnership with the Palm Beach County Sports Commission, USA Baseball will host its National Team Championship for the 15U age group at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter on July 23-30, 2016. This event will attract over 40 teams and over 700 athletes from across the nation to compete for the most coveted amateur championship in the 15U age group. Each team is scheduled to play 7 games. This is an annual event that serves as the eastern region championship, which takes place along with the western championship in Arizona. The USA Baseball National Team Championships will be the largest amateur baseball tournament taking place in Palm Beach County this summer.

Ball Stars Youth Camp

Ball Stars Youth Camp is led by former NBA All-Stars Otis Birdsong & Micheal Ray Richardson. The program has been running for 8 years featuring former NBA players travelling around the country and to Canada to help deserving youth reach their potential. In addition to teaching basketball skills, we invite prominent business and local community leaders to join us and share their life experiences with campers. This is a FREE basketball camp offered to youth and teens in our local community. We provide food and equipment for all participants.

AJGA Daniel Berger Junior Championship

Location: The Dye Preserve
The American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) will bring the Daniel Berger Junior Championship to the Palm Beaches on June 20-23. This event at the Dye Preserve and will feature 78 golfers competing over 54 holes of stroke play. The tournament features both boys and girls golfers from the ages of 12 to 19. The Daniel Berger Junior Championship Star represents one of four AJGA tournaments taking place in Palm Beach County during the year. The AJGA is dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf. Overall, the AJGA conducts more than 100 tournaments and 60 qualifiers around the country in a calendar year. The success of this organization is evident, considering that more than 300 AJGA alumni play on the PGA and LPGA Tours and have earned more than 350 tour victories.

Sunshine State Games

The Palm Beach County Sports Commission is partnering with the Florida Sports Foundation to host the Sunshine State Games (SSG) at the Palm Beach County Convention Center on June 18 -19. Now entering its 37th year (1980-2016), the Sunshine State Games is an amateur sports tradition in Florida and nationwide. The mission of the Games is to provide quality competition for Florida’s amateur athletes of all ages. The Sunshine State Games is an Olympic-Style competition featuring a variety of sports. The Palm Beach County Convention Center will be transformed into a sports palace by hosting the collection of indoor sports that encompasses the Sunshine State Games, which includes wrestling, taekwondo, judo, karate, weightlifting, powerlifting, and fencing. Over 1,500 athletes from across Florida will compete in a variety of skill levels and age groups (youth to adult). Each sport features both men and women competitors.

Florida Lacrosse Cup

The Florida Lacrosse Cup, sanctioned by US Lacrosse, is a newly created youth lacrosse tournament taking place in the Palm Beaches. Managed and operated by the Tournament Success Group, it will be a professionally coordinated tournament that focuses on the continued growth of lacrosse. The event will take place at Seacrest Soccer Complex, Hilltopper Stadium, South County Regional Park and Atlantic High School. The Florida Lacrosse Cup will bring 100 teams, from Under 9 to High School ages, to the Palm Beaches. There are seven (7) total division within the event, starting with pool play and extending to Finals/Consolation bracket play.

In partnership with the Palm Beach County Sports Commission, USA Baseball will host its National Team Championship for the 17U & 14U age group at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter and the Santaluces Athletic Complex in Lantana, on June 16-23, 2016. This event will attract 72 teams and over 1,200 athletes from across the nation to compete for the most coveted amateur championship in the 14U and 17U age group. Over 260 baseball games will take place during the 7 day tournament. Each team is scheduled to play 7 games. This is an annual event that serves as the eastern region championship, which takes place simultaneously as the western championship in Arizona. The USA Baseball National Team Championships will be the largest amateur baseball tournament taking place in Palm Beach County this summer.

Palm Beach Blast

The Palm Beach Blast is part of the Florida United Lacrosse Cup series. The Palm Beach Blast offers a complete array of competitive divisions. This year's event will be held June 7 & 8, 2014 at Village Park in Wellington. The tournament is a two-day CHAMPIONSHIP event and offers Boy's Divisions at U-9, U-11, U-13, U-15, U-17 and U-19 (High School) levels. The first 90 teams to register will complete the field.

The Swamp Classic is an annual softball tournament that is sanctioned by USSSA and produced by the Palm Beach Gardens Youth Athletic Association. The event will take place on June 12-14 at the Lake Catherine Softball Complex, Gardens Park, PGA Park, and the Amanda J. Buckley Field. This is one of the oldest softball tournaments that takes place annually in Palm Beach Gardens.
