XPE NFL Combine Prep Training

Xtreme Performance Enhancement (XPE) Sports will conduct a pre-draft training camp for athletes aspiring to play football in the National Football League. The XPE NFL Combine Prep Training prepares future professional football players, both physically and mentally, for the 4-day draft evaluation period that is executed by the NFL. Approximately 24 athletes will travel from across the country to train in this intensive combine, which starts on January 5, 2014 and lasts until April 10. XPE Sports will utilize the Seacrest Soccer Complex in Delray Beach, the new Jaco Atlantic Hybrid Training Center in north Boca Raton, and the Florida Atlantic University as venues to conduct the combine. In the past, college stars such as Jacoby Ford (Clemson), Jahvid Best (California), Kareem Jackson (Alabama), and Eric Berry (Tennessee) participated in this event. Winter Equestrian Festival

Location: Palm Beach International Equestrian Center
The FTI Consulting Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) is the world's largest and longest running equestrian competition. The 12-week event, which runs from January through March, awards over $6 million dollars in prize money and hosts 5,000 horses and 2,800 riders from 50 states and 31 countries. During WEF, spectators can enjoy Saturday Night Lights every Saturday evening beginning at 6 pm. The FTI Consulting Winter Equestrian Festival is run by Equestrian Sport Productions, LLC and Wellington Equestrian Partners and held at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center.

Global Dressage Festival

The Global Dressage Festival (GDF) is one of the world's largest international and national dressage circuits featuring five CDIs, including a 5*, the first non-championship CDIO Nations' Cup in the Western Hemisphere, and nine U.S. national events. The GDF offers more than $275,000 in prize money for the five international competitions, making it one of the richest circuits in the world. In addition to the CDIs with national competitions, the GDF features four separate national shows to be held at the newly constructed venue that extends the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center (PBIEC) show grounds. The GDF encompasses almost 60 acres of the former Palm Beach Polo Grounds. Iglehart Cup

The Iglehart Cup will take place on February 21-March 7, 2015 and is considered to be one of the leading high goal polo tournaments in the nation. The Iglehart Cup is played in honor of Phillip Iglehart, a seven-goal player who competed on numerous championship polo teams. He was instrumental in founding the Polo Museum and Hall of Fame. Phillip was the key figure in relocating the Gulfstream Polo Club in Lake Worth, FL when development forced the club from its former oceanside location in Briney Breezes, FL. Teams may either play in the Iglehart or the C.V. Whitney. If the Iglehart doesn’t meet the maximum of 8 teams; C.V. Whitney teams may draw for remaining spots. Palm Beach Challenge

The Palm Beach Challenge is one of the largest spring training college baseball events that takes place in Florida. The event attracts NCAA Division I, II, and III collegiate baseball teams from across the nation. The teams travel during their spring break week to train and compete in officially sanctioned NCAA games. The month long event takes place from February 26 to March 24, 2014 at the Santaluces Athletic Complex in Lantana. At the beginning of each week, a new set of teams travel to Palm Beach County while other teams depart. Each team will play between 5 and 12 games during their stay. USPA Piaget Gold Cup

The 26 Goal Piaget USPA Gold Cup, first played in 1974 at the Oakbrook Polo Club in Illinois, is a symbol of professionalism, good sportsmanship and high goal polo at its finest. This tournament has been played at various polo clubs throughout its history and since 2007; International Polo Club Palm Beach County has proudly hosted this esteemed event. The Piaget USPA Gold Cup will take place from March 4-22, 2015. This tournament is considered to be one of the prominent events on the United States Polo Association’s calendar. IPC received a great triumph, when the United States Polo Association awarded IPC the Gold Cup, sealing its place in polo history as the first club to possess the “triple crown” of American polo, with all three 26-goal trophies calling IPC home. Delray Beach Twilight Festival

The Delray Beach Twilight Festival is a professional cycling race that is part of the USA Cycling CRITS Championship Series. The race will take place on March 21-22, 2015 in downtown Delray Beach. Criterium races take place on a short loop course, typically less than a mile. Cyclists repeat the loop in a timed race (90 minutes). This race features a 1 kilometer closed course on Atlantic Ave. A festival including a health and wellness expo accompanies the full speed pro CRITS races for men and women.
