Palm Beach County Sports Commission Elects New Officers


WEST PALM BEACH, FL Palm Beach County Sports Commission announced the election of new officers at the Board of Directors meeting on Monday, February 7, 2011.  Michael Brady of L.B. Limited & Associates, Inc. was elected President, Guy Quattlebaum of Akerman Senterfitt was elected Vice-President and Pamela Linden of Greenberg Traurig, P.A. was elected Secretary/Treasurer—each for a two year term.  Michael (2008), Guy (2010) and Pam (2010) have each been recipients of the Lois Kwasman MVP Award for their dedication and service to the Palm Beach County Sports Commission.


Michael Brady, a partner in the PR firm L.B. Limited & Associates, Inc., said “I’ve been a member of the Palm Beach County Sports Commission for a number of years and have seen the impact the organization has on the community.  I look forward to growing the brand among residents and businesses in Palm Beach County and helping the Palm Beach County Sports Commission in promoting the areas first-class competition venues to the sports tourism industry and bringing many great events to Palm Beach County”.  Michael has been involved with the Board since 2006 and previously served as Vice-President.  He has served as Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee and the Public Relations Committee.  Michael is involved in many organizations including the Business Advisory Council, National Republican Congressional

Committee, is a graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County 1996 and is an Executive Committee member of the Red Cross Greater Palm Beach. He is a graduate of Minneapolis Technical Institute.


Guy Quattlebaum, Esq. is a member of the Litigation Group in the West Palm Beach office of Akerman Senterfitt.  Mr. Quattlebaum was named a Florida "Legal Elite" by Florida Trend Magazine in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.  He has also achieved an AV-Rating from Martindale Hubbell's Peer Review Rating system, the highest rating in both professional ability and ethical standards.  Guy has served on the Board since 2007 and previously held the position of Secretary/Treasurer. 

He served as the Chairman of Audit Committee and the Finance Committee. Guy has played an instrumental role in reviewing the PBCSC budgets, finances and bylaws.


Pamela Linden, Esq. is a Shareholder in the law firm of Greenberg Traurig, P.A. and is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Group.  Pam's practice includes representing professional athletes with respect to real estate, business ventures, financing and other related matters.  Pam grew up in Palm Beach County and received her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida.  Pam has been involved with PBCSC since 2009 and has served on the Hall of Fame Committee and the Membership Committee.
