Each July, over 5,000 South Florida youth gather for two days of FITNESS and FUN! Full of excitement and energy, festival participants have the opportunity to get hands on experience and develop skills in over 40 different sports clinics.

Each clinic is conducted by a professional from that sports area. These clinicians share techniques, enhance skills and provide an introduction to the sport.

This past year in attendance were sports franchises and facilities; Roger Dean Stadium, Florida Panthers, Florida Atlantic University Football, International Polo Club and Florida Marlins. Plus professional athletes Bennie Blades, Donnell Bennet, James Pruitt and Mike Rumph just to name a few. We are expecting even more this year.

A few of the sports covered at the Kids Fitness Festival include: Bennie Blades, former UM and NFL player, teaching Kids Fitness Festival participants the basics of football.

The Kids Fitness Festival also features mascots, autograph sessions, special guests, demonstrations and a midway with a bounce house, rock-wall and mist tent, and much more.

Local companies can showcase their healthy lifestyle products in our EXPO area.

All proceeds from the Kids Fitness Festival benefit the Palm Beach County Sports Commission, a non-profit organization that provides local youths the opportunity to learn sportsmanship, teamwork and citizenship through sport. The Sports Commission also promotes character development through sporting activities, lifelong physical fitness, a drug-free lifestyle and safe and fun access to healthy activities.

Open to groups and individuals, space at the Kids Fitness Festival is limited. Early sign-up reservations are recommended.
