PGA National Resort & Spa – Champion Course

Home to Palm Beach County’s PGA Tour staple The Honda Classic, the Champion Course at PGA National Resort & Spa presents players with high-level challenges to solve and breathtaking views along the way. The Champion Course is home to the famed “Bear Trap” – holes 15, 16, and 17 – which has earned the course a reputation as one of the most difficult stretches on the PGA Tour. This world-renowned course, redesigned by Jack Nicklaus in 2014, features five sets of tees, ensuring its playability to golfers of all levels. It balances generous landing areas and spacious greens with unique and demanding challenges. Also, at PGA National, Champion is complemented by The Palmer, The Squire, The Fazio, and The Estates, all designed by world-class golfers and course architects. PGA National also showcases a 33,000-square-foot Sports & Racquet Club with 18 Har-Tru tennis courts. The Spa, a 40,000-square-foot oasis of tranquility features 32 treatment rooms and over 100 treatments. Boca Raton Resort & Club – Resort Course

The redesigned par-71 Resort Course and treasured Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary plays 6,253 yards and features many elevation changes and twelve acres of water, including the signature, island-green finishing hole. This golden age course is dedicated to Tommy Armour and Sam Snead, both of whom served as golf professionals at the Resort (1926 to 1955 and 1956 to 1969 respectively). The course is reserved for Club members and resort guests and the driving range is also included in the resort fee. The course is set at the Boca Raton Resort and Club, which features three luxurious hotels perfect for any stay in southern Palm Beach County.


Osprey Point Golf Course

Since opening in 2010, Osprey Point Golf Course has come to be known as one of Florida’s best public courses. Comprised of three nine-hole courses, Osprey Point’s Platinum Paspalum turf presents a premium playing surface from start to finish. Of the three short courses, the Falcon course has been noted for its scenic views and surrounding water hazards. Falcon’s par-four third hole showcases the beautiful surroundings that are why the course is a certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. The course has been home to numerous elite amateur events including the American Junior Golf Association’s Preview Series.

Okeeheelee Golf Course

Like Osprey Point, the pristine Okeeheelee Golf Course features 27 holes laid out in three nine-hole courses that can be played in multiple 18-hole combinations. This versatility provides the potential for a different golf experience each visit. The course’s diverse setup mirrors that of its neighboring park, Okeeheelee Park, which features five lighted baseball fields, four lighted softball fields, four lighted multipurpose fields, a free-to-play 18-hole disc golf course, and Shark Wake Park, a vast watersport cable park. Every hole feature five sets of tees, so all skill levels will feel comfortable playing at Okeeheelee.

Belle Glade Municipal Golf Club

Take a trip to Belle Glade for one of the most unique golf experiences in all of Palm Beach County. Set in the vast sugar cane fields of Belle Glade, this vast course provides a sweet backdrop during a round here. This Gary Player-designed course’s layout provides players of all skill levels with exciting challenges and difficult obstacles throughout. Featured in the 18 Par-fect holes of golf in The Palm Beaches, Belle Glade’s hole 11 may look straightforward to players, but a challenge presents itself as water appears on the second shot. Since reopening in 2017, this public course has been a favorite to all that visit.
