Under Armour Juniors Dominate the Greens at PGA National

The Junior Tour Powered by Under Armour Summer National Championship was held from June 25–30, 2025, at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens. This championship event marks the culmination of the tour’s Spring Season and brought together top junior golfers from across the country. The renowned Champion Course at PGA National Resort served as the stage for this premier youth golf competition.

The Junior Tour Powered by Under Armour is a national youth golf league for boys and girls ages 6–18, welcoming players of all skill levels. The league operates in two main seasons: Spring (March–May), followed by the Summer National Championship in June, and Fall (September–December), culminating in the Winter National Championship in February over Presidents Day Weekend. League play includes over 400 events nationwide, with each region hosting six – 9-hole individual stroke play matches.

For the third consecutive year, the Palm Beach County Sports Commission was awarded the rights to host the Summer National Championship, further solidifying the region’s reputation as a premier destination for youth sports. The top eight points leaders from each age division earned invitations to compete in the National Championship, resulting in more than 400 junior golfers participating. Last year’s event drew over 1,400 golfers and spectators from across the United States. Participants competed in four co-ed age divisions: Ages 6–8, Ages 9–11, Ages 12–14 , Ages 15–18. Junior athletes represented 18 states, including Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, California, Tennessee, and Texas, among others. The event consistently generates more than 1,800 hotel room nights, delivering a strong tourism impact for Palm Beach County.
