The Truist Orange Bowl Youth Football Alliance Clinic presented by Palm Beach County Sports Commission took place on Tuesday, July 19 at Orange Bowl Field at Glades Pioneer Park. The free clinic, held in partnership with Keiser Football, was designed to help educate South Florida’s youth on proper football safety techniques and sportsmanship habits, and further Orange Bowl’s commitment to engaging the South Florida community.
Kids learned how to be successful on and off the field in addition to the proper techniques for on-field football safety.
“The Palm Beach County Sports Commission is thrilled to partner with the Orange Bowl, Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation, and Keiser University to bring this free football clinic to Belle Glade,” said George Linley, Executive Director of the Palm Beach County Sports Commission, ahead of the event. “Orange Bowl Field at Glades Pioneer Park will serve as the venue and offers one of the premier synthetic turf football fields in all of Florida. Youth from the cities of Belle Glade, Pahokee, and South Bay will have the opportunity to experience football by the sport’s leading organization in the Orange Bowl and Palm Beach County’s top coaches at Keiser University. Our Sports Commission is excited to bring this football camp to the glades’ region, where the sport enjoys a rich heritage and tradition.”
