Palm Beach County Sports Commission Secures Bids to Host Multiple NCAA Golf Tournaments

The Palm Beach County Sports Commission,  the official sports marketing and development agency for Palm Beach County, has secured the rights to host three postseason NCAA golf events in upcoming years. The events are the 2027 Division I Women’s Golf Regional, 2027 Division II Men’s Golf Championships, and 2028 Division I Men’s Golf Regional. All three events are scheduled to be held at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens and will take place in partnership with Florida Atlantic University (DI) and Palm Beach Atlantic (DII).

“The Palm Beaches are thrilled to once again welcome collegiate golf’s premier athletes back to the region,” said George Linley, Executive Director of the Palm Beach County Sports Commission. “The support of our Sports Commission along with the continued partnership of our hospitality and business community has helped The Palm Beaches win the rights to host these premier tournaments that will bring a significant boost to the local economy.”

The Palm Beach County Sports Commission has a proven track record of successfully securing bids and hosting NCAA events. In the previous bidding cycle, The Palm Beaches won hosting rights for the 2025 NCAA Division II Men’s Golf Championships and the 2026 NCAA Division II Women’s Golf Championships. Prior successful bids include the 2019 Division II Women’s Golf Championship, the 2020 Division III Men’s and Women’s Golf Championship (canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic), the 2021 Division II Men’s Golf Championship, and the 2022 Division I Men’s Golf Regional.
