DELRAY BEACH, Fla. – Basketball fans and families alike are invited to experience an exciting weekend of sports, entertainment, and community at the NBA Josh Howard King of The City Basketball Tournament & Festival, taking place August 1-2 in Delray Beach.
Presented by the Palm Beach County Sports Commission, the event is hosted by former NBA standout Josh Howard and will feature a competitive Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament alongside a variety of family-friendly activities designed for all ages.
Held at Pompey Park Gymnasium and the Delray Beach Community Center, the weekend will include live music, food vendors, games, activities, and entertainment, creating a festival atmosphere both on and off the court.
The event highlights the power of sports to bring communities together while providing local athletes an opportunity to compete and showcase their skills. Fans can enjoy high-level basketball action throughout the weekend while participating in activities designed to engage the entire family.
Doors open at 10 a.m. each day, with activities and tournament play scheduled throughout the weekend.
